    Our WE ARE... MANAGED, service is designed for couples who have enjoyed planning their wedding themselves but would love a professional to take the reins in the final stages. We step in around six weeks before your wedding, get to know every detail, liaise with your suppliers and make sure everything runs seamlessly on the day.

    Both services have the same goal: allowing you to enjoy every moment without worrying about what's happening behind the scenes.

  • Honestly? The earlier, the better! Getting us involved from the beginning means we can help shape your ideas, establish your budget, secure your dream venue and source the suppliers who are right for you.

    That said, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're just starting to explore ideas or already have your venue and suppliers booked, we'd love to hear from you. It's never too late to get a little extra support.

  • Absolutely! You don't need to start from scratch to work with us. Whether you've secured your venue, booked your dream photographer or have most of your suppliers in place, we can pick up wherever you are in your planning journey. We just need everything to be handed over and we look after the rest.

    We'll get to know what's already been organised, identify any gaps and work with your existing suppliers to bring everything together. We want to build on the plans you've already made, not undo them!

  • No. We do not operate on a commission basis, ensuring that your entire budget is transparently allocated to your wedding day, with no hidden fees or additional costs from suppliers being passed onto you.

  • Yes, we don’t just cover weddings! You can appoint our bespoke services to plan parties, corporate events, or luxury retreats.

    We work with couples across the UK and are always happy to travel for weddings. Whether you're dreaming of a countryside celebration, a beautiful manor house wedding or something a little further afield, we'd love to hear about it.

  • First things first, we'd love to hear from you! Once your enquiry lands in our inbox, we'll be in touch to arrange an initial chat.

    This is our chance to get to know you both, hear all about your plans, talk through your ideas and understand the kind of support you're looking for. There's no pressure and no silly questions – just a chance to see if we're the right fit.

    From there, we'll put together a tailored proposal outlining how we can help, along with our fees and next steps. Once you're happy and ready to go ahead, we'll get everything confirmed and officially start your wedding planning journey together!

  • We like to keep things simple and straightforward.

    To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit of your agreed planning fee. The remaining balance is then split into two instalments, with a midway payment and a final balance due ahead of your wedding.

    All payment dates and amounts will be clearly outlined in your proposal and booking agreement, so you'll know exactly what's due and when.

    No surprises, just one less thing to think about!

  • To ensure we can manage the weddings to the best of our abilities we take on a select number of weddings a year. Which gives us the time to focus our attention to each wedding correctly!
