Hi, I'm Charlotte, founder and lead wedding planner at We Are Weddings, and a 2027 bride myself! So, as well as planning weddings for a living, I'm currently experiencing the excitement (and occasional chaos!) of planning my own.

I am a Wedding and Events planner based in the Cotswolds, with a love for beautiful spaces, brilliant suppliers, incredible food and, most importantly, bringing people together.

I’ve planned weddings across some of the UK’s most beautiful venues, working with couples from all over the world. From intimate countryside marquee celebrations to large-scale estate and hotel weddings and learnt that the best weddings aren’t necessarily the ones that follow every tradition or trend.

So, you may have a venue in mind, or not a clue where to start, that’s where I come in.

Whether you need someone to take the reins in the final weeks, or you want a planner beside you from the very beginning, I’m here to make the whole process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. I’ll bring organisation, the supplier relationships and the attention to detail, while making sure your wedding still feels personal, relaxed and a bloody good party.

And because I’m currently planning my own wedding for 2027, I know exactly what it feels like to be on the other side of the planning process too. I understand the excitement, the endless decisions, the stress and opinions of others and the Pinterest rabbit holes.
